An innovative global company specializing in advanced materials engineering and manufacturing is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Technician to join its team. The company develops specialized equipment, technology, and services used in industries including electronics, displays, and clean energy.
This is a hands-on technical opportunity for someone with mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and improving complex equipment. Technicians work with electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems while using technical drawings, schematics, test equipment, and computer systems to ensure products meet exacting quality standards.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in producing reliable, high-quality work. This position offers the chance to expand technical skills and gain valuable experience in advanced manufacturing.

What You’ll Do
- Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using schematics, work orders, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
- Troubleshoot assemblies and systems, identify issues, and make corrections to ensure proper operation
- Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, vacuum pumps, and other specialized tools to test and verify components
- Inspect, receive, and audit parts for completeness, defects, and quality before and during production
- Document work progress, labor, material usage, testing results, and other production information using computer systems
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, reliability, and overall product quality
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow schematics, diagrams, work orders, and technical instructions
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work
