Intermediate Electro-Mechanical Assembler – 3-Day Weekends!

$20–$24/hour DOE | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.


An innovative advanced manufacturing organization in northwestern Montana is looking for an Intermediate Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its team. The company supports the production and servicing of high-precision equipment used in industrial applications and is committed to quality, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assembler who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to continue developing their skills. The role involves assembling electro-mechanical and pneumatic components, performing wiring, soldering, and calibration tasks, and completing detailed finishing work to ensure products are ready for delivery.

The ideal candidate has previous electrical wiring experience, works well independently, and takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work. This position offers a competitive wage, a consistent four-day schedule, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in advanced manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret electro-mechanical diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions
  • Assemble electro-mechanical and pneumatic components and subassemblies using established processes
  • Perform wiring, soldering, calibration, and other detailed assembly tasks
  • Complete precision finish work and prepare completed products for proper packaging and transport
  • Inspect work and materials for quality while handling tools, equipment, and components safely and responsibly
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate effectively with team members to keep production moving efficiently


What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience with electrical wiring and electro-mechanical assembly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and detailed instructions
  • Basic computer skills and strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities
