Electro-Mechanical Assembler – Day Shift – 3-Day Weekends!

Up to $21/hour DOE | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

An innovative manufacturing organization in northwestern Montana is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its team. The company supports the production and servicing of advanced equipment used in industrial applications and is committed to quality, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop technical skills in a modern manufacturing environment. The Assembler will work with electro-mechanical and pneumatic components, perform basic wiring and soldering, follow technical drawings, and complete detailed finishing and packaging tasks.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Previous electrical wiring experience is helpful but not required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

  • Read and follow basic electro-mechanical diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Assemble electro-mechanical and pneumatic components and subassemblies using established procedures
  • Perform basic wiring, soldering, calibration, and related assembly tasks
  • Complete detailed finishing work and prepare finished products for proper packaging and transport
  • Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly while maintaining an organized production area
  • Follow established safety and quality procedures to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe work


What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to work the Monday–Thursday day shift with flexibility for occasional overtime
  • Previous electrical wiring or assembly experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to learn new processes and training concepts quickly
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills and effective verbal and written communication
