Wage: $20 to $27/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, and patient handling
- Monitor animal comfort and report concerns
- Administer medications, collect lab samples, and support basic testing (as allowed)
- Maintain accurate records and clean/sterilize equipment and treatment areas
- Provide friendly client service, including communication and basic care instructions
- Support front desk tasks and help maintain a clean, organized clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in animal care or customer service preferred (Assistant level)
- CVT, LVT, RVT certification or equivalent experience (Technician level)
- Strong clinical knowledge of veterinary procedures (Technician level)
- Kind, patient, and respectful approach to animals and clients
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and assist with animals up to 50+ lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout the day
