An established concrete services company that has built a strong reputation across Northwest Montana for delivering reliable, high-quality support on a wide range of construction projects is seeking a Concrete Pump Operator. Serving both residential and commercial clients, the team specializes in efficient, precise concrete placement using advanced pumping equipment to meet the demands of projects of all sizes.
The Concrete Pump Laborer supports the safe and efficient placement of concrete on residential and commercial job sites. This role assists with equipment setup and teardown, manages hoses during pours, and works closely with operators to keep jobs running smoothly. It’s a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety.

- Starting Pay: $25 to $28/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time – Monday through Friday, overtime and weekend work may be required

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Operate concrete pump trucks and equipment to transfer liquid concrete to designated locations
- Set up, inspect, and break down pumping systems at job sites
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed during pours
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on pump equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and job site regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with crew members, contractors, and site supervisors
- Read and interpret job specifications and site plans
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed, equipment usage, and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Valid Class-B CDL
- Previous experience operating concrete pumps or similar heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Construction or concrete experience is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
