Why You Want This Position:
- Starting Pay: $20/hour depending on experience – opportunities for increased pay based on hard work
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional overtime when needed

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit insulation around pipes, equipment, ductwork, and other mechanical systems
- Install, remove, repair, and maintain insulation to control temperatures, improve efficiency, and reduce noise
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine insulation requirements, materials, and installation methods
- Prepare surfaces and apply adhesives, sealants, mastic, or other materials to secure and finish insulation
- Install protective sheet metal, coverings, and other barriers to protect insulation from weather and physical damage
- Operate insulation blowers and equipment, including loading materials and controlling the flow for proper application
Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure extensively
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screens
