LC Staffing is expanding our Recruiting team and looking for our next hard-charging Recruiter to join the team. As a Recruiter you will have the opportunity to meet new people daily and match them with thriving Montana companies.
 

The fast-paced day of a Recruiter has constantly changing priorities. No two days are alike! Your day may include taking calls from client companies to learn about their workforce needs, calling candidates to discuss job opportunities, interviewing, referencing, and screening new job candidates, marketing candidates to different companies, touring client company facilities, and making commissions on every successful placement.

The energy, talent, and drive to influence others is a major success factor in this role, so having a proven sales or coaching track record is preferred. Most of all your daily work activities involve phone and written communications; this is where your soft skills shine in direct-sourcing opportunity seekers, and then presenting top candidates to hiring managers.

This is a full time, in the office role as we are a dynamic team who works together to accomplish great things.
