Essential Functions and Duties:
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components according to plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and building materials using hand and power tools
- Install floor systems, wall systems, roof structures, and sheathing
- Read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and layout specifications
- Work with carpenters and crew members to maintain efficient project progress and quality
- Follow safety requirements while maintaining a clean, organized jobsite and assisting with material handling
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous framing or residential construction experience preferred
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
