Pay: Up to $58,000, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- General office tasks
- Work with existing clients with their insurance needs
- Taking care of client problems and requests
- Communicate issues and opportunities to advisors, routing issues to management
- Maintain and update client digital files, scan documents, keep customer information current
- Once licensed – be willing to help clients with coverage needs along with their agent
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
- Insurance experience preferred
- Ability to acquire your property and casualty license within 90 days of employment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
