You’ll help create the unique colors, textures, and finishes found on custom architectural pieces including fireplaces, cabinetry, metalwork, elevator interiors, and other high-end designs.

No previous patina experience is required. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a shop, and interested in learning a specialized craft, the team is willing to train the right person.

  • FOUR-DAY WORKWEEK: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • $25–$28/hour, depending on experience
  • Work on custom, high-end projects rather than repetitive production work

  • 10 days of PTO per year
  • Paid holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Apply patina treatments to create specific colors, textures, and finishes
  • Learn how different metals and treatments react to achieve the desired result
  • Use brushes, sprayers, grinders, sanders, pressure washers, and other shop equipment
  • Inspect finished pieces and make adjustments to ensure consistent quality
  • Safely handle finishing products and chemicals while following established procedures
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized
  • Help prepare finished pieces for packing and delivery
  • Work alongside the fabrication and production teams to keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For
