In addition to maintaining clean, comfortable guest accommodations, you'll help create a welcoming experience by interacting with guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. Team members who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic will have opportunities to learn additional aspects of ranch operations and take on greater responsibilities over time.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, cabins, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and restock guest amenities
- Provide friendly customer service during guest interactions
- Assist with laundry, housekeeping supplies, and organization
- Report maintenance needs and maintain property appearance
- Support ranch operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
