Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. Daily duties include making beds, replenishing linens and towels, vacuuming, disinfecting bathrooms, and restocking amenities to ensure a welcoming environment for every guest. Team members are expected to deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service at all times while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Why You Want This Position:
- Starting Wage: $18 to $20/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Sundays required

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Perform cleaning duties in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards
- Utilize a maid cart to transport and organize cleaning supplies while maintaining proper inventory levels
- Empty trash, remove used linens and towels, and ensure all items are replaced with fresh, clean supplies
- Make beds with clean linens and restock guest rooms with towels, toiletries, and other amenities
- Inspect rooms for maintenance or repair needs and promptly report issues to the Front Office for follow-up
Qualifications:
- Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, mops, and maid carts
- Commitment to following company policies and maintaining compliance with departmental standards
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the organization positively in the community and with vendors
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate, accept feedback, and support team goals
- Ability to meet productivity standards and work efficiently while maintaining quality results
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
