We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to support our concrete crew with job site preparation, concrete placement, and cleanup. This role is hands-on and physical, ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and being part of a team that delivers solid results.
Wage: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting forms, and staging materials
- Assist with measuring, grading, and leveling for concrete placement
- Support pouring and finishing, including raking and screeding
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout each project
- Follow crew direction and adhere to all safety standards
Qualifications:
- Prior construction or concrete experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
