This role involves safely operating excavators, performing routine equipment checks, and working with materials to meet production needs. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate excavators to support daily operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Load and move materials according to production requirements
- Develop knowledge of aggregate types, sizes, and weight specifications
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced setting
- Follow all safety standards and work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Skilled in operating excavators with at least 2 years of heavy equipment experience
- Experience with rock crushers and screening equipment preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work various shifts, overtime, and out-of-town assignments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
