General Laborer – Masonry Crew

A well-established masonry contractor in Northwest Montana is seeking hardworking General Laborers to join its growing team. With decades of experience in commercial, residential, and restoration masonry projects, the company has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism throughout the region. Employees are part of a skilled, team-oriented environment where they have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects while building valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.

It’s a hands-on, physical position ideal for someone reliable who enjoys working outdoors and is interested in learning a skilled trade with opportunities for growth.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Transport bricks, blocks, mortar, and other materials to masons
  • Mix mortar and grout to proper consistency as needed
  • Set up and tear down scaffolding, tools, and job site equipment
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist masons with layout, cutting materials, and general support
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment while following safety procedures

Qualifications:
  • Previous construction or masonry experience preferred
  • Experience in masonry labor preferred
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50–80 lbs repeatedly)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
