Essential Functions and Duties:
- Transport bricks, blocks, mortar, and other materials to masons
- Mix mortar and grout to proper consistency as needed
- Set up and tear down scaffolding, tools, and job site equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist masons with layout, cutting materials, and general support
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment while following safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or masonry experience preferred
- Experience in masonry labor preferred
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50–80 lbs repeatedly)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
