Starting Wage: $35/hour+, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair processes of HVAC systems
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for job sites
- Perform maintenance tasks, including filter changes and coil cleaning
- Support ductwork, piping, and system troubleshooting
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC trade is preferred
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs
