CNC Machinist

A leading manufacturer and distributor of plastic components, specializing in injection molding, fabrication, and urethane casting, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for their production area in Missoula. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience, both programming and operating, and at least 3 years of Mastercam experience. Knowledge of 4th and 5th axis machining is preferred. The candidate must be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of learning new processes. Safety-conscious, the individual must have the ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team.

Shift Schedule:
Day Shift:

  • Days of Week: Monday – Thursday
  • Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Swing Shift:

  • Days of Week: Monday – Thursday
  • Hours: 2:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.



Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay:
  • $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Potential for more depending on qualifications
  • Shift Differential: $2.00/hour additional for swing shift

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1 year or more of CNC machining experience
  • Experience with Mastercam
  • Ability to operate and program CNC machines (4th and 5th axis experience a plus)
  • Safety-conscious and team-oriented attitude


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Frequent twisting, bending, and movement
