We are hiring motivated Manufacturing Candidates to support a variety of production and fabrication operations including welding, machine operation, powder coating, assembly, and deburring. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing as well as experienced workers seeking steady, long-term work.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Assist with welding, fabrication, machining, powder coating, and finishing tasks
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and components
  • Read and follow work orders, drawings, and instructions
  • Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
 

Qualifications:

  • No experience required – willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable bending, reaching, and working with tools and equipment
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred for skilled roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
