Electro Polisher Technician
Missoula, MT

A Missoula manufacturing and assembly company is looking to add an Electro Polisher Technician to their fun and successful team. With a 50-year track record of success in the Missoula market, this company is all about excellence in production along with a great employee culture.

This hands-on position is responsible for preparing, refinishing, and polishing metal components to meet high-quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining production schedules. We are looking for candidates that are dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Starting Wage: $19/hour

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Clean, prepare, and refinish metal parts for surface finishing processes
  • Perform stainless steel polishing and finishing on raw and chrome-like surfaces
  • Operate power tools, including sanders, grinders, drills, and buffers
  • Load, rack, and transfer parts throughout the production process
  • Perform minor repairs and follow detailed work instructions
  • Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:
  • Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively with a team
  • Self-motivated with strong integrity and the ability to work independently after training
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 to 70 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
