This hands-on position is responsible for preparing, refinishing, and polishing metal components to meet high-quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining production schedules. We are looking for candidates that are dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Starting Wage: $19/hour

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Clean, prepare, and refinish metal parts for surface finishing processes
- Perform stainless steel polishing and finishing on raw and chrome-like surfaces
- Operate power tools, including sanders, grinders, drills, and buffers
- Load, rack, and transfer parts throughout the production process
- Perform minor repairs and follow detailed work instructions
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or production setting
- Ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively with a team
- Self-motivated with strong integrity and the ability to work independently after training
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 to 70 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
