A well-established Montana bank is looking for an experienced Ag Loan Officer to join its team in Chinook. What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an agricultural and commercial loan portfolio
- Build lasting relationships with farmers, ranchers, business owners, and community members
- Develop new business through networking, community involvement, and proactive customer outreach
- Evaluate loan applications, financial statements, and credit information to structure and approve sound loans
- Identify opportunities to match customers with additional banking products and services
- Provide knowledgeable, responsive service while helping customers achieve their financial goals
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of agricultural or commercial lending experience
- Strong knowledge of agricultural lending and financial analysis
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Sound judgment and the ability to make independent lending decisions
- Self-motivation and a strong business development mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $125,000 base salary, DOE, plus incentives and bonuses
