Successful rural Montana Bank is in need of a friendly and professional Ag Loan Officer to add to their talented team in Chinook, MT.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all bank products and services.
- Grow your in-house loan portfolio.
- Identify and develop profitable relationships with potential new customers by maintaining aggressive call schedule.
- Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to other departments or affiliate banks.
- Assist in identifying and implementing new products and services.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Obtain loan applications, properly counsel applicants, analyze financial and related data, determine appropriate pricing and loan structure and make appropriate loan decisions.
- Maintain high service standards for all customers.
