What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established in-house loan portfolio
- Develop new agricultural and commercial lending relationships through an active community presence and call schedule
- Meet with borrowers to understand their goals and provide thoughtful financing solutions
- Analyze financial information, structure loans, determine pricing, and make sound lending decisions
- Build long-term relationships with agricultural producers, businesses, and community members
- Promote banking products and services while maintaining a high level of personal service
- Support the development and implementation of new products and services
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of agricultural or commercial lending experience
- Strong understanding of agricultural lending and financial analysis
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to independently evaluate loan opportunities and make sound credit decisions
- Community-minded approach with a genuine interest in working with local agricultural producers
- Professional, personable, and motivated attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $125,000 DOE, plus incentives and bonuses
