Account Specialist

A staple Montana financial institution in the Gallatin Valley is hiring a Account Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing personalized service, getting to know customers and contributing to a positive community experience.
 

• Understand the features of all checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, health savings accounts, individual retirement accounts, and certificate of deposit accounts.
• Greet all customers immediately and build account relationships by cross selling and referring additional products and services to the appropriate department.
• Accurately open any account with complete documentation and complete the follow up phone calls and thank you cards with the required timeframes.
• Know how to use and set up Net Teller (online banking), Bill Pay and E-statements to be able to assist a customer.
• Process Wire Transfers and Safe Deposit Clerk.
• Execute follow up with appropriate customers.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day
• Capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (Hours can be flexible)
• $19 – $23.66 / hour
