Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service to members by establishing and maintaining member relationship
- Ensuring members are satisfied with products, services and features
- Assist with transactions and resolving any financial issues that arise
- Assist with opening and closing accounts

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Direct cash-handling experience preferred
