Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn new skills, operate equipment, and be part of a solid team?
A well-established steel supply company in Kalispell is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join its team. You’ll help customers with their orders, move and prepare steel products, operate shop equipment, and keep materials flowing safely and efficiently through the facility.
If you’re dependable, comfortable with physical work, and willing to learn, the company will provide training on its equipment and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Pull, prepare, and load steel orders for customers
- Help customers get the correct materials quickly and accurately
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, saws, shears, and other shop equipment
- Move, band, package, and stage steel for pickup, storage, or shipment
- Perform equipment inspections and complete required paperwork
- Stock and organize materials throughout the facility
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and ready to work
- Comfortable with a physical, hands-on job
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally handle heavier materials with assistance or equipment
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to meet required background and drug-screening requirements
