Essential Functions and Duties:
- Oversee branch operations, project delivery, and studio performance to ensure profitability, quality, and client satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support project deadlines and operational efficiency
- Lead project planning, scoping, contract development, fee proposals, and client relationship management
- Mentor, develop, and support design professionals while fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team culture
- Resolve operational, technical, and project-related challenges and facilitate coordination across teams and departments
- Drive business development, marketing initiatives, community engagement, and brand promotion in partnership with company leadership
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect or Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Proven leadership experience managing office operations, staff, and multi-disciplinary project teams
- Strong project management background with experience overseeing projects through all phases of design and construction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead teams and engage clients
- Demonstrated organizational, delegation, and time-management abilities with a track record of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in business development, strategic marketing, and community engagement, with a commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and company values
