The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing replacement and upgraded heating and cooling systems in existing residential and commercial buildings. This position focuses on equipment replacements, remodels, and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of HVAC installation experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Install, replace, and retrofit residential and light commercial HVAC systems and equipment
- Modify and fabricate ductwork to accommodate new and replacement installations
- Install refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping, condensate drains, and electrical connections
- Start up, test, and troubleshoot equipment to verify proper operation
- Complete installation documentation accurately while following codes, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Experience installing or assisting with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
- Ability to read installation manuals and basic wiring diagrams
- EPA Section 608 Certification preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined spaces and the ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
