Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Assemble electrical components using schematics, work orders, and detailed instructions
  • Receive, inspect, and verify parts required for production and report discrepancies
  • Operate hand and power tools to complete high-quality electrical assemblies
  • Maintain accurate production records and enter data into company systems
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support production and continuous improvement
  • Follow safety standards, operating procedures, and quality requirements while meeting production deadlines, including overtime as needed


Qualifications:

  • Experience assembling electrical or electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, work orders, and assembly instructions
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
