Customer Service Specialist

A group of property and casualty insurance industry experts based in Kalispell Montana is hiring a Customer Service Specialist. They are a customer-centric company with great product, excellent support, and a fun, fast-paced work environment. Offering a cloud-based property and casualty insurance administration platform to help clients grow and scale their businesses with cutting edge technology.

If you are an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls, assist clients with questions and concerns, review new business applications and policies, verify documentation and payments, and help resolve discrepancies. You’ll also build strong client relationships while developing your knowledge of insurance processing, primarily focused on homeowners’ policies.

Essential Duties & Activities:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide helpful solutions and support
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Review new business applications and policies, guiding clients to relevant information
  • Verify required documentation, payments, and charges while identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to encourage customer loyalty

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Customer-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM and proficiency with 10-key
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service, administrative, or call center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance processing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
