As a Health Insurance CSR, you'll help individuals and families navigate their health insurance options with confidence. This role combines insurance knowledge with outstanding customer service, guiding clients through coverage choices, explaining complex information in an easy-to-understand way, and building lasting relationships. Essential Functions and Duties:
- Guide clients in selecting health insurance plans that fit their needs
- Educate clients on coverage options, benefits, and plan details
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships
- Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain insurance concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred but not required
