Why You Want This Position:

• Starting Wage: $30 to $35/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Oversee construction projects to ensure they are designed and completed according to company standards.
• Coordinate job readiness by managing schedules, materials, equipment deliveries, and installer communication.
• Maintain quality control throughout each project and support builder upgrade initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, builders, subcontractors, and team members.
• Complete job documentation accurately, including job packets, change orders, timecards, and other required paperwork.
• Perform precise measuring, cutting, and drilling while maintaining a professional appearance, attitude, and commitment to quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC-R service experience
• EPA and OSHA certifications required
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a results-driven environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform job-related movements
• Available for rotating on-call schedule and travel as needed
• Able to pass background, drug, and driving record screenings
