A leading materials engineering company is expanding its team and seeking Entry-Level and Intermediate Welders to join its innovative manufacturing operation. The company develops advanced equipment, software, and services used by some of the world’s most innovative manufacturing industries, providing employees with the opportunity to work on highly specialized products and develop valuable technical skills.

Entry-level employees receive hands-on guidance and training, while experienced welders have the opportunity to take on more advanced welding and fabrication responsibilities.

Wage: $18 to $25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
3-DAY WEEKENDS EVERY WEEK!

What You'll Do

  • Perform or assist with TIG, MIG, oxy-acetylene, and orbital welding using shop tools and automated equipment
  • Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, specifications, and established procedures
  • Measure, cut, and prepare metal, tubing, and other materials for welded assemblies
  • Fabricate, align, and assemble structural components and precision tubing based on experience level
  • Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following safety and contamination-control requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and develop welding skills are encouraged to apply
  • Intermediate candidates should have 2–4 years of welding experience
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to troubleshoot common issues and contribute to team goals
  • Comfortable with extended standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
