Essential Functions and Duties:
- Install, replace, and commission residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications while ensuring code compliance
- Communicate with customers about repairs, system performance, and maintenance recommendations
- Complete service documentation, maintain a clean work vehicle and job site, and participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HVAC experience required, with 10+ years preferred
- Strong background in HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting across residential and commercial systems
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and boiler systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
