This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, coaching teams, solving problems at the source, and developing future leaders in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations, driving performance in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost while aligning with business objectives
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives by implementing sustainable process enhancements and eliminating operational waste
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality through visible leadership, employee engagement, and consistent coaching
- Develop and mentor supervisors and managers, building leadership capability and empowering teams to solve problems and improve performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, and R&D to achieve operational goals and support customer needs
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards while supporting audits, investigations, corrective actions, and quality initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience leading operations in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Proven leadership, financial management, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing performance metrics, and maintaining a strong presence on the production floor to support operations and team development
