The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to both project operations and accounting. This role works closely with Project Managers, accounting staff, subcontractors, and vendors to help keep projects organized, financially accurate, and on schedule from startup through completion.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Manage project financial administration, including budgets, job costs, commitments, change orders, monthly pay applications, financial reporting, and tracking overall project profitability
- Serve as the project expert in Procore financial tools by maintaining project data, processing contracts and commitments, managing change events and change orders, and ensuring accurate project documentation
- Support project startup and close financial coordination by assisting with budget entry, buyout processes, subcontractor onboarding, contract administration, and maintaining project and company directories
- Review and process invoices, vendor and subcontractor statements, lien waivers, bank reconciliations, time entry, and other accounting functions while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance
- Maintain organized project records across software and document management systems, manage shared administrative mailboxes, and ensure subcontractor insurance and compliance documentation is current
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, executives, owners, subcontractors, and vendors to support project operations, resolve financial issues, and ensure accurate, timely project administration
Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, accounting, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with Procore, QuickBooks, or similar project management and accounting software preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
