Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assemble electrical components using schematics, work orders, and detailed instructions
- Receive, inspect, and verify parts required for production and report discrepancies
- Operate hand and power tools to complete high-quality electrical assemblies
- Maintain accurate production records and enter data into company systems
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support production and continuous improvement
- Follow safety standards, operating procedures, and quality requirements while meeting production deadlines, including overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience assembling electrical or electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, work orders, and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
