The Corporate Recruiter leads full-cycle hiring for manufacturing, industrial, and skilled trades roles, using creative sourcing strategies and strong recruitment marketing to attract top talent. This role combines hands-on recruiting with creativity and employer branding to stand out in a competitive labor market. The ideal candidate understands manufacturing environments and can effectively communicate opportunity, culture, and long-term stability to today’s workforce.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, and skilled trades roles, partnering with hiring managers to align on workforce needs, job requirements, and production demands
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods
- Create compelling job postings and lead creative sourcing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews; assess candidate qualifications and character; and coordinate hiring decisions with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with hiring practices, including background checks and onboarding, while maintaining accurate records in the ATS
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, communicate consistently, act as a brand ambassador, and build relationships with third-party recruiters, trade schools, and workforce organizations
Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments, with a strong understanding of labor market challenges
- Proven ability to creatively market roles and attract talent in competitive, high-volume hiring environments
- Excellent written communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills with strong stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in fast-paced settings and work on-site in manufacturing environments as needed
- Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, social recruiting, ATS platforms (preferably UKG), and data-driven decision making
- Strong judgment in assessing candidate fit and character, identifying red flags, mitigating hiring risks, and driving success through improved pipeline quality, time-to-fill, engagement, and retention
