Drive Through Office Specialist
Missoula, MT

A locally owned Missoula lumber and design business is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Drive Through Office Specialist to join their team. This role provides excellent customer service in an office setting with a drive through window for customers picking up lumber and materials.

Why You Want This Position:

Wage: $18/hour
Hours: Tuesday through Friday: 8am-5:30pm. Saturday: 8am-2pm.

PTO and profit-sharing bonus twice a year

Essential Functions and Duties:

Assist customers at the drive through window
Take payment (POS system)
Answer phones and take messages
Data entry

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude
Strong attention to detail and strong computer skills
Familiarity with POS systems
Knowledge of lumber industry a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
