Production Worker
Missoula, MT – Temporary position for 2 months
A leading company in manufacturing and distribution in Missoula is hiring a temporary production worker for approximately 2 months. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products efficiently and securely, ensuring that all items are properly prepared for shipment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Examine and inspect instruments and packaging components to ensure that product quality and packaging specifications are met, applying tip protectors when required
- Ensure that the label detail matches the instrument part number and lot code
- Close and seal product enclosures (envelopes & clamshells) upon completion of packing
- Record product, packaging, and order details on specified forms, batch records, and logs
- Remove and report any incomplete or defective products for quality review

- Hours: Monday – Friday. 8-hour shifts with the flexibility to start between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months of similar job experience is a plus
- Able to speak and read English
- Math and reasoning skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent hand/eye coordination and good manual dexterity
- Team player and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under deadlines
