A locally owned event and recreation operation serving the Flathead Valley specializes in providing equipment and services for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and community gatherings is seeking a Maintenance and Operations Coordinator. The organization operates from an active, working property where equipment is staged, maintained, loaded, and prepared for events, requiring a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to daily operations.
This position is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, appearance, and cleanliness of all company-owned properties. Duties include coordinating property upkeep, landscaping, sanitation services, and the transport and maintenance of portable restroom units. The role focuses on keeping properties safe, clean, and operating efficiently by organizing daily maintenance schedules, managing equipment delivery and cleaning routes, and working closely with property managers and vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

- Starting Wage: $25 to $28/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time year-round, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Perform general maintenance, landscaping, and groundskeeping across all owner properties
- Deliver, clean, and maintain portable restroom units according to company standards
- Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, and maintenance equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Coordinate daily routes and maintenance schedules with the Operations Director
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations while interacting professionally with property owners, tenants, and vendors
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, landscaping, sanitation, or facilities operations
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or landscaping systems preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., operate maintenance tools, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to report and document maintenance needs
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks while representing the company professionally
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
