A growing local insulation company dedicated to improving comfort and energy efficiency in homes and businesses is hiring Insulation Installers. This role involves installing both spray foam and traditional insulation systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in quality workmanship. While prior insulation experience is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the trade.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist with and install spray foam and traditional insulation materials
- Prepare job sites by sealing, masking, and protecting surrounding areas
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation to specific spaces
- Operate and maintain insulation equipment (training provided)
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use
- Work as a team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a clean job site
Qualifications:
- Experience with spray foam or traditional insulation installation preferred
- Construction or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
