This role is responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of commercial and residential HVAC/R systems. The ideal candidate is a skilled, self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and communicates well with customers and team members. You’ll work independently in the field, utilize strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and manage service calls efficiently within an assigned territory while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Perform assigned HVAC/R service tasks safely in commercial and residential settings
- Service, diagnose, and troubleshoot various types of split systems, packaged rooftop, and chillers
- Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame
- Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC-R service experience
- EPA and OSHA certifications required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a results-driven environment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform job-related movements
- Available for rotating on-call schedule and travel as needed
- Able to pass background, drug, and driving record screenings
