We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Maintenance Specialist on beautiful Flathead Lake. The ideal candidate will work with existing staff to ensure the properties remain in pristine condition, providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Essential Duties:
- Perform general building and property maintenance, including routine repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Operate, maintain, and perform basic repairs on small engines and outdoor power equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other maintenance tools.
- Maintain grounds and exterior areas by operating equipment, completing seasonal upkeep, and ensuring properties remain safe and well-maintained.
- Inspect, clean, organize, and maintain shop areas, tools, equipment, and residential spaces to support efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property maintenance preferred
- Experience operating maintenance equipment and upkeep
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
