The Yard Laborer is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient outdoor work environment. This role involves moving materials, clearing debris, and ensuring all items and work areas are properly staged and kept in order. It is a hands-on, physically active position suited for someone who takes pride in their workspace and is motivated by staying busy and contributing to overall yard organization and efficiency.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Maintain clean and organized yard areas through sweeping, debris removal, and general upkeep
- Organize and stage materials, equipment, and inventory in designated locations
- Move, load, and unload materials using manual methods or equipment as needed
- Keep traffic lanes, storage areas, and work zones clear and safe
- Support overall yard efficiency through ongoing organization and upkeep
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor or yard experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (willing to train)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
