A cutting edge, state-of-the-art medical spa in the Flathead Valley is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. This family, woman and veteran owned company provides comprehensive care to women and men.
We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to help with patient and client-facing tasks as well as general office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency with computers, and a cooperative attitude along with energy and enthusiasm for the job. We use a multitude of software and websites, so we are looking for a skilled person to join our team and support our patients.
Pay: $23 to $25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Greet and check-in arriving patients promptly and accurately and answer phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments and monitor calendar to ensure there are no conflicts
- Process patient payments
- Manage patients through our ERM system.
- Knowledge of all treatments and products and the ability to explain and describe each treatment to current and potential patients
- Ensure the facility is prepared for proper opening and closing
Qualifications:
- Personal interest in wellness and medical aesthetics is preferred
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Computer and customer service experience required
- High school or equivalent
- Pass background check
