A well-established lawn care provider is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join its growing operation in the Gallatin Valley. With a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality outdoor services, the company focuses on helping residential and commercial clients maintain healthy, attractive landscapes. They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support their clients by providing exceptional service and accurately entering information into the systems. This role requires strong communication skills, solid typing and data entry abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings prior customer service experience, maintains a positive and energetic approach, and is committed to delivering a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Wage: $21 to $24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls with professionalism and resolving concerns through active listening and thoughtful problem-solving
  • Utilize agronomic knowledge and internal databases to accurately address customer questions and service issues
  • Maintain and update customer records with timely, precise data entry
  • Identify customer needs and recommend additional services to support retention and growth
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule services, coordinate applications, and assist with collections
  • Monitor and respond to email and website inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Qualifications:
  • 2 plus years of experience in an office setting
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Proven computers skills and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
