LC Staffing has a great oppertunity for you. We are assisting a local Missoula company hire a Customer Care Coordinator.
Wage:
$20-$23 depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:50 p.m.

- In the event that customer care issues arise that involves special considerations, you serve as the primary point person
- Ensuring a clear understanding of the service issue
- Setting clear timelines with the customer for the next step and adhering to that timeline
- Assign problem codes on inventory as needed, manage report weekly
- Enter and Submit Vendor Chargebacks Weekly
- Set up Truck Schedules
- Order Parts for Repairs & Follow up on orders for timely resolution
- Maintain working knowledge of Vendor Warranties and Chargeback procedures
- Collect Payments related to Customer Care timely
Requirerments:
- Great organizational skills
- Administrative experince
- Good communication both verbal and written
- Customer Service Experience
- Must be able to pass criminal background check.
