We are seeking personable, professional Casino Game Dealers for a private company party on 2/20/2026. Dealers will host and operate casino-style games including poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps while creating a fun, interactive, and welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role is centered on entertainment, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Pay: $16 to $20/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: One day, 8-hour event – February 20th
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Deal casino games including, blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, and other table games as assigned
- Clearly explain game rules and procedures to guests of varying experience levels
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and energetic presence throughout the event
- Manage game flow to ensure smooth and timely play
- Ensure proper use of event chips, cards, dice, and equipment
- Create an inclusive, enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple games (blackjack, poker, roulette, craps)
- Background in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service
- Ability to adapt to different group sizes and event environments
