In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact clients rely on, providing outstanding service while helping drive growth in the personal lines insurance division. You’ll strengthen client relationships, handle policy updates with precision, and partner with producers and underwriters to craft coverage that truly fits each customer’s needs. Although experience and a Montana Property & Casualty license are preferred, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to break into the industry. Why You Want This Position:
- Competitive Wage: $65K, base salary + commission and annual bonus
- Schedule: Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with both new and existing customers
- Consistently apply strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing services to maximize client value
- Act as a reliable primary contact for clients, fostering trust through timely communication and professional support
- Manage policy updates including renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and adjustments with precision
- Collaborate with producers and underwriters to develop proposals, negotiate coverage terms, and finalize policies
- Keep accurate and current client information within the agency management system
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in property & casualty personal lines preferred
- Strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets
- Active Montana Property & Casualty license preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Ability to travel – approximately 25% travel required
