The ideal candidate is comfortable working with kitchen equipment, following recipes, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and keeping up during busy service periods. Qualifications:

• Experience using a variety of kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to follow recipes and demonstrate basic knife skills
• Strong guest service skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• High school diploma/GED and one year of production cooking experience preferred
