A growing local company in the Flathead Valley provides professional business and consulting services to organizations throughout the region and is seeking an Executive Assistant. The team works closely with clients to improve operations, develop practical solutions, and support long-term growth. With a collaborative approach and a focus on innovation, the company values professionalism, accountability, and building strong relationships with both clients and employees.
This position is ideal for a polished, highly organized professional who can manage competing priorities, coordinate schedules and travel, handle confidential information, and communicate effectively with executives, clients, investors, and business partners. The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while anticipating needs and keeping priorities moving forward
Wage: $35/hour and up, depending on experience
Schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and scheduling support to senior leadership
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and other meeting materials
- Manage emails, communications, action items, files, records, and confidential documents
- Assist with projects, transactions, research, data gathering, spreadsheets, expense reports, and operational records
- Coordinate with clients, investors, vendors, consultants, and professional partners while proactively addressing needs and supporting special projects
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, and follow-through skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, anticipate needs, solve problems, and make sound decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; experience supporting executives, business owners, investors, or high-level professionals preferred, with real estate, finance, investment, or professional-services experience a plus
- Driver's license, clean driving record and clean background
